Dan Bongino, a Republican, worked for the New York Police Department for four years as a police officer. He departed in 1999 to join the Secret Service, where he remained until 2011.
He obtained a job on Fox News in 2019 and his own show in 2021 after a few unsuccessful political runs, a few books, some radio appearances, and the establishment of the website Bongino Report. That’s over at this point.
Bongino and Fox News are no longer affiliated. The blunt-spoken conservative claimed that the two parties were unable to agree on the contract extension, explaining that his exit from the network wasn’t the result of a “WWE brawl.”

His previous program has already broadcast. He claimed he had the chance to present one final program to properly bid his audience farewell, but he passed on the chance.
“Unfiltered,” which aired on Saturday nights, was presented by Bongino. Additionally, he had a Fox Nation program called “Canceled in the USA”. Additionally, the network has decided to discontinue airing his radio program. According to the Associated Press, Fox News also issued a statement in which it “wished him success in his future endeavors” and thanked the conservative for his “contributions.”
After the network removed election-related disinformation from the conservative host’s interview with former President Donald Trump when it was published to YouTube in 2021, the two sides got into an argument.
The Washington Post stated that Bongino vowed to investigate what transpired after conservatives criticized him for the revisions. Jenna Ellis, a former lawyer for Trump, backed the presenter on Twitter.
With regard to assertions made by hosts that Dominion Voting Systems helped rig the 2020 election, Fox News just announced a settlement with the corporation. This news about Bongino’s departure coincides with that announcement. It will cost the network $787.5 million. Some people believed the payment was the reason the host was let go, but a source told Forbes the two were unrelated.
